User Agreement

1. Acceptance and scope

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using an applicable app or website, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

This agreement applies only to Morrowware services. Google Play and other third-party services remain governed by their own terms.

2. License and availability

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, Morrowware grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps on compatible devices for personal use or lawful internal use.

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Morrowware does not guarantee that every feature will work with every device, Android version, sensor, camera, display, floating-window environment, media app, or third-party service.

3. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

AirSwipe, FloatCalculator, FloatCompass, and FloatMeasure may offer optional Pro access through a lifetime purchase or monthly subscription. Their basic features can be used without a purchase. Within the same app, a lifetime purchase and an active subscription provide access to the Pro features identified in that app. A purchase for one app does not unlock Pro in another app unless expressly stated.

• Lifetime purchase: a one-time payment that does not renew automatically. Access remains associated with the purchasing Google Play account unless the purchase is refunded or revoked.
• Monthly subscription: renews automatically until canceled. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the current billing period unless Google Play, applicable law, or the purchase screen states otherwise.
• Trials and offers: eligibility, duration, conversion to a paid subscription, and the price charged afterward are shown by Google Play before purchase. Cancel before a trial ends if you do not want it to convert to a paid subscription.
• Pending payments: Pro access is granted only after Google Play completes and confirms the transaction.
• Management and cancellation: subscriptions can be managed through the applicable app or the Google Play Subscription Center. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription.
• Overlapping entitlements: obtaining lifetime access does not automatically cancel an active subscription for the same app. Review and manage each entitlement through the app or Google Play.
• Refunds and revocation: canceling a subscription does not itself issue a refund. Refunds are handled under the Google Play refund policy and applicable law. Access may end when a purchase is refunded or revoked or a subscription expires.
• Prices, taxes, and currencies: Google Play displays the applicable price, taxes, currency, and offers for your region and account. The purchase screen controls over prices shown elsewhere. Changes affecting an existing subscription will follow Google Play's notice and confirmation processes and applicable law.

Google Play handles payment processing. The apps and Morrowware do not directly receive your card number, bank account details, or Google Play payment-method details.

4. Intended use and accuracy

AirSwipe

Gesture recognition and configured actions depend on lighting, camera visibility, hand position and movement, device performance, Android permissions, accessibility and media services, the active app, and other environmental or system conditions. Gestures may be missed, misidentified, delayed, or applied differently than expected.

AirSwipe is a convenience tool. Do not rely on it for emergency calls, safety-critical controls, medical or accessibility assistance on which personal safety depends, driving, operating machinery, or any situation where an unintended or missed action could cause harm. Keep direct device controls available and verify important actions.

FloatCalculator

Calculation and conversion results may be affected by your input, expression interpretation, rounding, unit definitions, software limitations, cached data, and third-party data availability.

Currency conversion uses published daily reference rates supplied by Frankfurter. Rates may be combined from multiple providers and may be delayed, missing, revised, or unavailable because of publication schedules, market holidays, caching, network conditions, or service availability. A displayed date is a reference date, not a real-time market quote.

FloatCalculator is intended for everyday estimates and general information. It does not provide financial, investment, accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice and is not intended for transactions, settlement, reporting, tax filing, valuation, or regulatory uses that require real-time quotes, professional accuracy, or an approved data source. Use the relevant bank, platform, authority, calibrated tool, or qualified professional for important decisions.

FloatCompass

Compass readings depend on device sensors, calibration, orientation, nearby magnets or metal, electrical equipment, accessories, and the surrounding magnetic environment. True-north correction, address or area labels, and reference elevation also depend on location availability and accuracy, Android services and models, pressure sensors, weather, and cached calibration data. Results may be unavailable, delayed, outdated, inaccurate, or unstable.

Saved locations and their labels may identify a nearby area rather than an exact entrance, floor, or parking space. At your direction, FloatCompass can pass a saved location and its associated label to a compatible map app, but it does not calculate routes or provide navigation. Map availability and behavior depend on the apps installed on your device. Verify the destination in the map app before using it. Saved locations are stored locally without cloud synchronization or app backup and may be lost when app storage is cleared or the app is uninstalled.

FloatCompass is for everyday reference only. It is not designed, calibrated, or certified for safety-critical navigation, aviation, marine navigation, surveying, construction verification, emergency response, or other uses requiring professional or guaranteed accuracy. Use suitable calibrated equipment and authoritative information for those purposes.

FloatMeasure

Measurements depend on display information reported by the device, including pixel density, display scaling, hardware, and system behavior. Results may vary by device and may differ from a calibrated physical measuring tool.

FloatMeasure is for everyday on-screen measurement reference only. It is not designed, calibrated, or certified for professional construction, manufacturing, surveying, trade measurement, medical use, safety-critical decisions, or other uses requiring regulated or guaranteed accuracy. Verify important measurements with suitable calibrated equipment.

5. Permissions, floating tools, and device responsibility

The apps may use Android permissions and system capabilities to show floating tools, run foreground services, access sensors, process camera frames, perform configured accessibility actions, control supported media or phone actions, retrieve exchange rates, or interact with Google Play. You decide whether to grant or revoke permissions and system access. Some features will not work without them.

You are responsible for using floating windows and gesture actions safely and for ensuring they do not obscure warnings, controls, or information in other apps. Do not use the apps where distraction, obscured content, or an unintended action could create a risk.

Third-party services, including Google Play, Android system services, Cloudflare, and Frankfurter, are governed by their own terms, availability, and policies. Morrowware does not control those services.

6. Ownership and third-party materials

The apps, website, original code, interface designs, text, graphics, and Morrowware identifiers are owned by or licensed to the developer. This agreement does not transfer ownership to you.

Third-party software, models, icons, data, and services remain subject to their respective licenses, notices, data-source terms, and service terms. Required notices are available on the Open Source Licenses page. This agreement does not restrict rights granted by an applicable open-source license.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• use an app or the website unlawfully, fraudulently, or in a way that harms others;
• interfere with service security, normal operation, or another user's access;
• bypass technical protections or use the services to distribute malicious code;
• impersonate an app, the website, or Morrowware as your own service; or
• copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit proprietary portions of the services except where applicable law or a third-party license expressly permits it.

This section does not restrict rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, including any mandatory right to reverse engineer for interoperability where applicable.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morrowware is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses of data, revenue, business, or property arising from use of or inability to use the services. Where the law does not permit an exclusion, liability is limited only to the extent the law permits.

This agreement does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. If you materially breach this agreement, Morrowware may, subject to applicable law, suspend access to website services or terminate the license granted here.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and third-party license terms, will remain effective.

10. Changes

This agreement may be updated when app behavior, website services, business needs, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Where permitted by law, continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
