How to use the floating calculator

  1. Open FloatCalculator and allow Display over other apps in Android settings.
  2. Open the floating window over the app you are using. Move or resize it, then enter a calculation or choose a currency, unit or time zone conversion.
  3. Review the result and reopen it from history when needed. Connect to the internet to update exchange rates; check the displayed reference date when using saved rates offline.

Exchange rates are reference values with a displayed reference date. Saved rates can be out of date and may differ from transaction rates. Use your bank or payment provider for an actual transaction quote.

Can I convert currencies offline?

Yes, using exchange rates already saved on your device. An internet connection is needed to refresh them. Check the reference date before relying on a conversion.

Which conversions are included without Pro?

Preset currency, unit, and time zone pairs are included. Pro lets you choose the currencies, units, and time zones for each pair.

Can I reopen an earlier calculation?

Yes. The history includes past calculations and conversions. Searching, pinning, and adding notes are Pro features.
